Dr. Rebecca Kuo MD, JD, FAAOS
Board Certified Spine Surgeon
Dr. Rebecca Kuo has 11 years of Orthopedic Spinal Surgery experience and specializes in every facet of spinal conditions. Her expertise in spinal health began at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she completed her spinal surgery fellowship at one of the country’s top hospitals. She then went on to complete a secondary fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas, Houston. Dr. Kuo’s unique experience and training allow her to treat every manner of spinal conditions, including unique deformities, scoliosis and pediatric cases.
Dr. Kuo is the current medical director at PRO Medical and she combines over a decade of experience with cutting edge procedures, making her the best spinal surgeon in Joliet, and she is dedicated to compassionate doctor-patient care for every single patient.

Kaisa Cybulski
Head Nurse
Kasia is a licensed registered nurse in the state of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in science and nursing from Purdue University. During her time as a RN, she worked as a disability nurse for 3 years with a focus on pediatric disability. As a natural transition from disability, she started working for PRO Medical as an Orthopedic Nurse with focus on stem cell recruitment and plasma rich protein harvesting from October 2019.
Besides her roles as a nurse, she has been a part of the PRO family since 2013, when she started working as a rehab technician in high school and through college. Her passions in the field started from working with patients and athletes who require chronic pain control and injury rehabilitation. Her roles in PRO Sports & Spinal Rehab include the cooperation between a multitude of healthcare personnel including Orthopedic Physicians, pain specialists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractic Doctors & Athletic Trainers to ensure the patient is receiving a holistic approach to their care. Outside of her career she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in outdoor recreational activities, and traveling.
